High Vibes on the Rise in Honolulu Music Scene

There’s a music scene on the rise in Honolulu, as the well-established, popular music & video streaming channel, Universe Network TV and local independant recording label Xaltrecords partner to feature local and visiting artists to Hawaii.  Their most recent production in collaboration with Spawntaneous Productions was a huge success, showcasing reggae in Hawaii and an all-star line-up of local & guest musicians, DJ’s, and heavy hitter Chronixx as headliner for the standing room only show.

The show that took place on February 17, 2018 here on Oahu at the Pure Night Club in Honolulu saw a high in both community attendance and the wealth of heartfelt frequencies created by the performers and crowd.  Local favorite, DJ Coop Dville kicked off the show with his legendary musical mixes of our favorite tunes from latin culture, jazz, hip hop, blues, rock, and reggae.  He was joined by reknown international reggae persona for 27years, Rocker-T, to get the party started host the show into the next set.

They were followed up by local group Lion Fire bringing on serious heat from the Aina, that warm element we all cherish here in the islands. Soon after came guests to the islands for our reggae event, Jah Warrior Shelter from the Bay Area, featuring Jah Yzer, King I-vier, and Rocker T.  They were joined by a very special guest appearance on-stage from Mama-T (see video below).  They gave the audience a most appropriate and exciting performance for us here in the islands to get ready for the good times and high vibes as Chronixx took the stage!

Chronixx put on an amazing show and we are most grateful to have had him and the entire band here for our enjoyment and entertainment. If you missed the show this time you can rest assured that there will be more reggae in hawaii and other high vibe shows like it to come, as Xaltrecords and Universe Network TV continue thier collaboration to produce and showcase quality high energy entertainers from Hawaii and abroad on the newly created online location for us here called Universe Hawaii.

www.universenetworktv.com. Universe Hawaii channel number 808.  It will be hosting a base of traditional Hawaiian music along with channel 333 (Xodus)where you can find the latest mixes in music and video of local talent here in hawaii and abroad.
