A WOMAN’S PERSPECTIVE ON CHOOSING UNDERWEAR FOR MEN

One of the key things to remember when choosing underwear for your man is that they should serve dual purposes: they should make you feel good with pants on or with pants off. This is both an issue of comfort, and an issue of looks, which often go hand in hand.

It’s tough to feel confident when you know that your underwear are saggy, have holes, or don’t fit right. The knowledge, that if you were in a situation in which you had to take your pants off (preferably sexual, as opposed to, say, medical or massive coffee spill) and in doing so you’d be publicly shamed by the condition of your underpants, has to affect your daily confidence levels. Knowing, that by some random chance, you had to expose your undergarments, you’d never live down the embarrassment. That’s not a memory you, or anybody else wants.

These boys are on the right track in their James Tudor underwear. Classy styles in multiple cuts, soft fabric for comfort, and they are looking good, yes?

There’s any easy way to ensure this lifelong embarrassment never occurs: choose and wear underwear that are flattering and comfortable.
Here are some things to consider when choosing underwear:

What pants will you be wearing over the sexy boxer or sexy briefs? If the materials’ at all scratchy or itchy, you might want to consider something with more coverage.
If you’re working out or being active, you’ll feel sexier and more comfortable with a breathable material (such as cotton) boxer or brief.
Make sure the tag isn’t irritating—that can make for a long, unsexy day.
Be realistic and honest with yourself about your figure—the more comfortable you are, the better you’ll feel, and in turn, the more confident you’ll be. It’s hard to feel confident when you’re constantly adjusting the crotch of your underwear.

Sexy isn’t just about the underwear—it’s a state of mind.
